Born in 1968, the Moretti pipes today is one of more affirmed and notes Italian firms of pipes. Every creation of Marco Biagini (in art Moretti pipes) is meticulously done by hand using Calabrian briar seasoned for at least 10-15 years. Marco keeps on producing the Moretti pipes as his founder following the teachings and the tradition of his founder. Biagini absolutely selects only original pieces of briar, also produced on indications of the client. The production is limited to no more than 1000 pipes per year, 90% of which are unique straight-grain and smooth while the rusticated and sandblaster pipes are for USA market.
