Review: Whilst being attracted to almost any aromatic sporting a cherry vanilla expression and CAO blends in general (including their line of cigars), CAO‘s Cherry Bomb engages a medicinal quality that detracts from an otherwise pleasant room note. The tin note does "bomb" the senses with a cherry reminiscent of certain cough syrups and carries into the smoking experience, lingering on the palate well after the bowl has been cleared. For some indiscernible reason, the smoke was an agitant in the back of the throat with a scratchy, sandy impact. Your mileage may vary, and plenty of my associates love "Cherry Bomb", but for me personally this is one cherry vanilla that cannot play its way into my rotation.
